A single-component polyurethane waterproof membrane that reliably protects structures from water. It is characterized by high resistance to UV radiation and chemicals and retains its properties for a long time. Thanks to its extensibility of up to 400%, it effectively bridges cracks and compensates for substrate movements. It does not dry out, does not shrink and remains permanently flexible without the use of a plasticizer. It retains its elasticity down to -40 °C. It dries quickly and is water resistant after just 6 hours. It is walkable (has high mechanical strength), can be overpainted and applied in a layer of 0.5–4 mm. The membrane is supplied in application viscosity and is intended for outdoor applications.
It is an ideal choice for protecting terraces, verandas, balconies and also as a reliable layer under paving laid on targets. It is used in flat roof repairs, where it is used to renovate PVC films and asphalt strips, and is perfect for detailed sealing of skylights or gutters. It also effectively helps in the renovation of cracks in walls and plaster. The membrane has excellent adhesion to most roofing materials and a wide range of substrates, such as asphalt strips, PVC films, concrete, cement fiber materials, plywood, PUR panels or steel.
